Did you know today is World Kindness Day? The day was first introduced in 1998 by the World Kindness Movement, and it is celebrated annually on November 13. November 13 also marks the Belonging at Work book's 1st #bookiversary! The book was launched on this date to promote good deeds and pledge acts of kindness in the workplace to increase the feelings of safety, trust and belonging.

Related to today’s major milestone, the Belonging at Work Team wanted to share a few key updates related to the book, and how we are working to share the content with an even bigger audience:

Coming Soon! To celebrate one year of Belonging at Work, and to empower more people to access the everyday actions offered to build belonging at work, the content will soon be available in audio as well as hardcover versions.
