She also leads, Queer Profits, a company that specializes in helping LGBTQ business owners intentionally grow and scale their businesses. Based in Atlanta, GA, Diane is a member of her city’s LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce and the Human Rights Campaign.

Serving as the COO & Co-Owner of Cruise Planners, Garcia was appointed Godmother of Viking Cruises European long ship - Viking Magni - and named Woman of the Year by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Her contagious spirit and commitment to charity work helped CP Cares–Cruise Planners’ non-profit organization raise and donate more than $2 million to local, national and international charities. She is also a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ travel serving as a board member for the International LGBTQ+ Travel Association.
