New Year, New Offerings

There are far better things ahead than any we have left behind - C.S. Lewis

Happy 2017! For those of us committed to human and civil rights, we are headed into unchartered territory in the months and years ahead. To offer some inspiration to keep up the good fight, here's a special blog post I wrote shortly after the election. The strategies shared apply to those of us who are change agents within our workplaces, communities, and families. I am certain our collective power will resist the rising global unrest that unjustly targets immigrants, people of color, women, LGBTQ folks, and those of us at the intersections.

To help mentor more workplace change agents, I am offering the following opportunities in the New Year:

  • LGBTQ A-Z Certification. I plan to offer a new mentorship program for executive, HR, and diversity professionals beginning Monday, March 6. The LGBTQ A-Z Certification supports those professionals who desire to create more inclusive workplaces, but aren’t sure where to start, and may feel overwhelmed by what's required to implement and sustain organizational changes. The program runs over the course of four-weeks, and offers everything aspiring change agents need to lead on equity & inclusion in the workplace. Enroll in the program today, and secure your seat.

  • Live Q&A Webinar. If you’d like to learn more about The LGBTQ A-Z Certification, I’ll be offering a FREE live webinar on Friday, January 27 at 11:00 am Pacific/2:00 pm Eastern. I encourage you to share this registration information with other professionals who are struggling with finding solutions to build more inclusive workplaces – solutions that don’t consume all of their time, or break the bank. Be sure to register today, and don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity!

  • The Out Entrepreneur. Lastly, today marks RPC's first year anniversary! As a way of giving back to fellow LGBTQ entrepreneurs, I am launching The Out Entrepreneur on January 17, a weekly podcast exploring what it takes to bring your whole self to work. The podcast intends to inspire other LGBTQ people to take the entrepreneurial leap, and help businesses understand what it takes to create inclusive workplaces. Get a sneak peek of the show by subscribing on iTunes today!

Together we are infinite, and will be the change we seek. It will take all of us. At times, it will be difficult. In the end, I know we have the power to manifest the world we want to live in, and when it is realized, we will be deeply rewarded for our efforts. Stay strong, and if you ever need guidance or support along the way, please reach out and schedule a 30-minute consultation
