Happy New Year! As we enter the NEW DECADE, I find myself reflecting with deep gratitude on what my firm and my clients have accomplished together.
Over the past five years, we were successful in building belonging at work for nearly 100 organizations committed to realizing their diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) vision statements.
Since 2015, the #BelongingMovement has grown because of your commitment to the idea that we must ALL experience the feelings of safety, trust and belonging in order to find purpose and meaning at work.
