Last month I announced that my consultancy will be hosting its first live Q&A webinar focused on engaging LGBTQ employees on September 22 at 11 am PT/ 2 pm ET. While participation is open to the public, the target audience includes executive, HR, and diversity professionals. The conversation will encourage participants to share their ideas, challenges, and solutions to help employers more effectively recruit, retain, and develop LGBTQ talent.

In advance of the webinar, I am encouraging prospective participants to share their opinions about LGBTQ employee engagement here. The results will help identify the pain points employers are attempting to resolve, and will inform the Q&A discussion. The webinar conversation will go deep into examining if and how employers are recruiting, retaining, and developing LGBTQ employees. There will also be an opportunity to learn more about how my consultancy helps organizations develop and execute LGBTQ diversity, inclusion, and equity strategies.
